Nedbank has launched the next generation of Nedbank branches, which offer state-of-the-art technology which the bank said is designed to deliver an unprecedented client experience and a choice of products and services that meet the individual and business needs. The bank said ‘In keeping with Nedbank’s ethos to ‘Make Things Happen’ with clients in an ever-changing world, it understood that innovation and convenience for clients were vital to ensure a seamless client experience. “Enabling clients to do their banking while they shop and allowing for their limited time, to work better for them,’ said Dave Schwegmann: Managing Executive – Branch Network at Nedbank. In the branch there is a new queuing system ensures that clients are directed to the right service consultant, thereby experiencing efficient queuing time. Each consultant at the branch offers a range of services, which significantly reduces the overall time spent inside the branch. The Nicolway Branch was one of over 50 branches offering extended banking hours for clients to access a range of products and services such as Nedbank Savvy, Nedbank JustInvest and Nedbank ‘Ke Yona’, the Pay-As-You-Use (PAYU) transactional account, which comprises of funeral cover, a personal loan facility, the JustSave Account and the Vodacom m-pesa money transfer solution, enabling clients to transact, borrow, save and insure.
